Vitinha's Injuries at Paris Saint-Germain
Vitinha, the Brazilian winger who joined Paris Saint-Germain in January 2018, has suffered several injuries during his time with the club.
In the summer of 2018, Vitinha tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) while playing for Brazil in a friendly match against South Korea. He underwent surgery and missed the rest of that season. However, he returned to action in February 2019 but was again injured, this time suffering from a muscle strain.
In June 2019,Ligue 1 Express Vitinha fractured his fibula during a training session and had to undergo surgery. He missed the entire 2019-2020 season due to injury.
In December 2020, Vitinha suffered a hamstring injury and was ruled out for three months. This setback came after he made a promising start to the new season, scoring two goals in four games.
Despite these setbacks, Vitinha has continued to work hard on his fitness and is expected to return to full fitness soon. However, it remains to be seen if he will be able to maintain his form over the long term as he continues to face injuries.
